Join me for this 90 minute workshop at the International Coaching Federation’s ICF Converge 2017 conference in Washington D.C. on August 24, 2017. (Precise time of workshop subject to change.)
Discover how uncovering your clients’ inner metaphors can reveal hidden spoilers that prevent the change clients want from happening and sticking. Clean Language expert, trainer and author Gina Campbell and Executive Coach Diana Thomas, former vice president of learning and development at the MacDonald’s Corporation, will present on Clean Language, a creative, systematic questioning method developed by the late innovator David Grove. Deceptively simple at first glance, Clean Language is actually a highly subtle, deeply respectful, and stunningly effective way of facilitating clarity and change.
Campbell and Thomas will present Clean Language techniques that can build inner resources and release blocks by clarifying and revising the subconsciously-held metaphors that are guiding, pushing, and sometimes misdirecting your client. Take away two Clean Language tools you can use immediately from Campbell’s most recent book, Panning for Your Client’s Gold: 12 Lean Clean Language Processes.
